Cezerye update

I have served this dessert on the Eid’l Fitr of 2005, promising its recipe. This is just an update that I am trying to work on the recipe that I have got, to learn some details on how to “perfect” it, if you will.  

I also promised the recipe for “zaatar” which will be coming soon, too!

Lessons learned: do not promise a recipe unless you have time to fulfill the promises! :)

   I love that stuff! In Turkey it has a reputation for uhm, ah, being for manly men, shall we say? I can’t wait for your recipe!
