		<description>I feel like I made a mistake by writing 3 - 4 mm, but I think it is true.  Just pad it down, as thin as you can Robert.  Also, when it is cooked, you can cut it like a triangle for a nice presentation.  Anaheim peppers are the green, long but not hot ones.  The hotness of the dish comes from chili peppers -- and it is a hot dish for sure!</description>

Are Anaheim peppers a sort of large chili peppers? 
This dish must be really hot with 2 tbs of chili flakes and those peppers. Which I like.</description>
