There is a recipe on page 215 of Arto der Haroutunian's 'Sweets and Desserts from the Middle East' ISBN 0 7126 0292 5 Century Publishing Co. Ltd, the ingredients of which are: plain flour, milk and clarified butter. BUT you need the "special kunafeh container" so WHO'S SELLING THEM, PLEASE??? I live in Sicily where kataifi/kunafa is unheard of and certainly not available in the shops SO, IF ANYONE IS SELLING WHAT APPEARS TO BE LITTLE MORE THAN AN ELONGATED METAL SIEVE, PLEASE TELL THE KATAIFI/KUNAFA COMMUNITY. THANKS.
