		<description>I love fish, but my hubby and 3 year old daughter are not like me. 
I am trying different kind of fish with new recipes for them.  They liked sardines, seabass and halibut so far. 

Your stuffed trout is next on my list.  Since I am familiar with the stuffing part, it will be much easier for me.

Melly, I got them from Costco. Somehow they seem to be the only place around here that carry whole fish.</description>
