I made cheese!!!!  This time, using rennet!
I am excited :)
I have used the &#8220;1 Gallon, basic hard cheese&#8221; recipe from 
http://biology.clc.uc.edu/Fankhauser/Cheese/Cheese.html  And 1 gallon milk yield 550 &#8211; 600 gr (1.1 &#8211; 1.3 lbs) of milk.

Since my attempts of making yogurt at home started, some of my experiments failed.  In fact, after adding the recipe to this site, I have made 2 &#8211; 3 batches since than and one of the didn&#8217;t become yogurt.  It smelled like yogurt, but the consistency was wrong.
