Yogurtland® Real Rewards Referral Promotion - U.S.
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR USING THIS PROMOTIONAL PROMOTION, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE. These Terms & Conditions apply to your access to, and participation in, the Yogurtland Real Rewards Referral Promotion which is operated by Yogurtland Franchising, Inc., or its subsidiaries, licensees and affiliated companies (collectively, "Yogurtland") in the fifty (50) United States of America and Washington, D.C. ("the Promotion"). These Terms & Conditions do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with Yogurtland for products, services or otherwise, including without limitation the Yogurtland Real Rewards Terms of Use. Yogurtland reserves the right to change, modify and/or eliminate the Promotion and/or these Terms & Conditions or any policy, FAQ, or guideline pertaining to the Promotion at any time and in its sole discretion. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revisions to www.yogurtland.com/realrewards, and you waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications. Your participation in the Promotion confirms your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and any such changes or modifications; therefore, you should review these Terms & Conditions and applicable policies frequently to understand the terms and conditions that apply to the Promotion. If you do not agree to the Terms & Conditions, you must stop participating in the Promotion.
This Promotion is not targeted towards, nor intended for use by, anyone under the age of 13. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you may only use the Promotion under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees on your behalf to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Overview:
Refer friends to join the Yogurtland Real Rewards program to earn more rewards! Share the program with your friends using a unique referral URL, generated through your account at yogurtland.com. For each friend that registers for Real Rewards using your unique URL and then makes a purchase at a participating Yogurtland location between November 9, 2015 and January 11, 2016 you will earn a referral point. Referrals must use their Real Rewards account at time of purchase.
The Promotional Period is November 9, 2015 - December 27, 2015. Following the end of the Promotional Period, your referred friends will have an additional 2 weeks (until January 11, 2016) to complete the referral requirements (register for Real Rewards and make a purchase using their Real Rewards account at a participating Yogurtland location).
How it works:
Fill out the information on the referral page of yogurtland.com and click "Share" or "Send Email." You can share via email as well as Social Media (Facebook and Twitter). When you share, a unique link will be generated. This unique link is how we make sure you get your referral points and rewards.
When your friends click on the unique link, they will receive an invitation with instructions on how to join My Yogurtland Rewards and redeem their special discount offer (if any). In order for you to receive referral points, your friends:
- Cannot be existing members of Real Rewards;
- Cannot have unsubscribed from receiving promotional email messages from Yogurtland in the case of a referral via email;
- Must complete the Real Rewards registration process;
- Must make a purchase not later than January 11, 2016 at a participating Yogurtland location using their newly created and registered account; and
- Must provide a valid email address in order to receive special offers and discounts in connection with the Promotion.
You will receive referral points in your Real Rewards account within 24 hours of each friend successfully completing the Real Rewards registration process and making a purchase.
Each referral point brings you closer to a referral reward. Here are the point and reward levels for the Yogurtland Referral Promotion.
For the first friend that completes the registration process and makes a purchase, you receive one, 3-ounce free reward.
For the first five friends that complete the registration process and make a purchase you receive two, 5-ounce free rewards, totaling 10 free ounces.
For the second five friends that complete the registration process and make a purchase you will receive an additional four, 5-ounce free rewards totaling 20 additional free ounces.
For the next five friends that complete the registration process and make a purchase you will receive a reward consisting of one Yogurtland Party 2 Go Catering box for a party of 15. This item will be made available through your Real Rewards account and expires February 28, 2016. When your account is eligible to receive the reward, you will receive an email notifying you that the reward was added to your Real Rewards account and is available for use. In order to redeem your reward, you must contact a participating Yogurtland location and place your Party 2 Go Catering Box order at least 72 hours prior to your anticipated pick up time.
There are no referral rewards for additional referrals beyond your first 15. The referral promotional period runs from November 9, 2015 to December 27, 2016, at which point the referral link will no longer be available. In order to receive referral points, your referred friends must complete the referral requirements by January 11, 2016. Following the promotional period, your unique referral URL will remain valid, but you will not receive referral points for friends that complete the referral process.
There is no limit on the number of friends you can refer, but you will only receive rewards for the first 15 friends that complete the registration process and make a purchase between November 9, 2015 and January 11, 2016 at a participating Yogurtland location, using their Real Rewards account.
Please note that referrals must register using the unique URL you provide in order for your account to receive credit for the referral.
Yogurtland and its Promotion service providers reserve the right to delay, cancel, revoke, or prevent rewards in any suspected case of fraudulent use or misuse of Yogurtland services or this Promotion. Rewards are subject to verification at Yogurtland's sole discretion.
